Celebrate Wyoming Statehood Day at the Wyoming Territorial Prison Park, and take part in the reason Laramie Jubilee Days exists! Jubilee Days was created as Wyoming’s Hometown Celebration with one purpose: to honor the moment Wyoming officially became a state on July 10, 1890. Laramie’s first major Statehood Day celebration was held on the 50th anniversary in 1940, and ever since, July 10th has remained at the heart of Jubilee Days as a proud reminder of the grit, independence, and Western spirit that built the Cowboy State.

Come celebrate with FREE admission to the park (9 AM–4 PM), cupcakes, Wyoming state flags, and fun activities for all ages.
