Chili Cook Off Registration

  • CASI sanctioned - all chili must be cooked on-site

  • Entry fee is $15 for CASI Red or Green

  • Cooks Meeting at 8:00 AM

  • Public Sampling Begins at 12:00 PM

  • Red turn-in at 12:00 PM

  • Green and Other turn-in at 1:00 PM

  • Awards at 3:00 PM

  • All cooks must have working Fire extinguisher
